About Nirman shramik sulabh awas yojana
The Rajasthan government has launched a variety of welfare schemes for workers working in the unorganized sector in their state. One of them is the ‘Nirman shramik sulabh awas yojana’. Under the scheme, the state government will provide financial assistance of Rs 1.5 lakh to the labourers registered with the labour department for the construction of houses. So that the workers who build pucca houses can build pucca houses for themselves.

The objective of the Rajasthan Nirman Shramik Sulabh Awas Yojana is:

Eligibility Criteria
- Only residential workers of Rajasthan can apply for this scheme.
- The name of the applicant should be registered with the Labor Department 1 year in advance.
- If the applicant himself has a plot, then he should have the necessary documents.
- In this housing scheme, the first priority will be given to BPL, SC, ST, and workers who have 2 daughters and families covered under palanhar scheme.
- There should be no financial institution or bank loan rate on the applicant’s family and no other family member should be credited.
- applicant should not have taken advantage of this type of scheme in the past.
Benefits of the scheme
- Financial assistance of up to Rs 1.5 lakh for the construction of a house.
- The assistance is provided in the form of a subsidy, which means that it does not have to be repaid.
- The scheme is open to all construction workers who are registered with the Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.

How to apply
Offline Application:
- Obtain the application form from the nearest office of the Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board or download it from the website of the Board.
- Fill up the application form with all the required information and attach the necessary documents.
- Submit the application form to the nearest office of the Board along with the required documents.
Online:
- Visit the website of the Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.
- Click on the “Rajasthan Nirman Shramik Sulabh Awas Yojana” tab.
- Read the instructions carefully and then click on the “Apply Online” button.
- Fill up the online application form and upload the required documents.
- Submit the application form.
Verification and Approval:
- Once you have submitted your application, it will be verified by the authorities.
- If your application is approved, you will be informed about the same.
- The financial assistance will be directly transferred to your bank account.
5. Disbursement of Funds:
- The financial assistance of Rs. 1.5 lakh will be disbursed in three installments:
- First installment: 50% of the total amount
- Second installment: 30% of the total amount
- Third installment: 20% of the total amount
6. Monitoring and Evaluation:
- The scheme is monitored and evaluated by the Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.
- Regular inspections are conducted to ensure that the funds are being used for the intended purpose.
