Eligibility Criteria
- The age of the bride and groom should not be less than 18 and 21 years respectively.
- At the time of marriage registration, the person should not have more than one spouse.
- The bride and groom must have lived for at least one month in the locality where the marriage is to be registered
Documents Required

- Proof of Marriage
- Proof of date of birth of both Bride and Bridegroom
- Residence Proof of both Bride and Bridegroom
- Photograph of both parties
- Marriage Invitation Card
- The Marriage Photograph (Couple Photograph)
Marriage Registration Certification Fee
The fee structure for the registration of marriage is in the below table:

| Application submitted after 90 days but within one year from marriage’s date | Rs 350/- |

Here’s the full details on how to apply for marriage registration certificate in Haryana state
- The Citizen shall visit the official website of Haryana Marriage Registration, which link we have mentioned below for your convenience, and click on the ‘Account’ tab then select the register tab for user registration.
- A form will open in front of you where you have to enter all the required details like username, email, password, etc
- Then the applicant has to provide the required information
- A link will be sent to your registered Email ID for activation of Login credentials. Login using registered credential for marriage registration
- Now you need to go to the official website again and click on the account tab
- After that click on sign in
- Login using registered credential for marriage registration
- Now you need to click on register marriage
- A form will open in front of you where you have to enter all the marriage registration details
Fill in the marriage registration details and upload documents as required
- Family ID is compulsory for Bride and Groom if they are from Haryana State.
- Attach the photos required of Groom, Bride, Couple, and wedding
- After filling in all the required details you have to click on submit
Second Step
- Then you need to make the required payment to make your marriage certificate registration successful
- Payment for marriage registration will be done by clicking on the ‘My Registration’ tab and then clicking on the ‘View’ tab
- Application Citizen can make multiple registrations through a single login.
- Now you need to click on proceed payment
- Enter all the payment details like name, address, pin code, bank details, etc
- After that, some instructions will appear before you
- You have to read these instructions very carefully
- Now you have to click on proceed to pay
- Click on the continue tab
- Click on the ‘Ok’ tab
- Here citizen has to select from different payment options from which he/she wants to pay the Registration Fees
- After completing the payment procedure the citizen will be redirected to the below page. Citizen should go to ‘My Registration’ to schedule an appointment for verification.

- Marriage registration scheduling of appointment shall be done by clicking on ‘My Registration’ tab and then click on ‘View’ tab of application.
- Click on ‘Load Appointment Schedule’ for scheduling of appointment
