The Dr. B.R. Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant must be a permanent resident of Haryana.
- The applicant’s name should be on the BPL list.
- The house to be repaired must be the name of the applicant and it must have been at
least ten years or more since it was built. - The applicant had not received any grant from any department of Haryana for repairs &
construction for the last 10 years and Aadhar Card should be mandatory.
Benefits
Under this scheme, a grant of Rs 80,000/- is given to the persons belonging to the families of Haryana State living below the poverty line, whose residential house is eligible to be repaired.

Applicant needs to provide the following documents to apply in this scheme
- BPL Ration card of both side.
- Haryana Residence certificate
- Aadhar linked bank passbook with photo.
- Aadhar card is required.
- Land proof.
- Photo of House with owner.
- Estimates of repair.
- The proof of ownership, attested by the concerned village secretary, should be accepted
instead of the patwari along with the application.
