This innovative step aims to enhance educational quality and maintain optimal Pupil Teacher Ratios (PTR) in Assam schools. The online portal, called the “Teacher Transfer Management System” (TTMS), is designed to facilitate this process.
Overview: The Assam Teacher Transfer Portal offers an easy and convenient way for teachers employed in government/provincialized schools to request their transfers in a better approach.

Eligibility Criteria
All teachers from lower primary (SSA/Regular) to senior secondary schools in government/provincialized schools can participate in this system.

- TET Marksheet cum Certificate
- D.El.Ed. or B.Ed Mark sheet
- HSLC, HSSLC, Graduation, and Post Graduation Marksheets
- Proof of Date of Birth
- Appointment Letter
- Relevant certificates for specific transfer categories

- you will enter the homepage of the site
- now, Select the “Create Account” option to create an account and provide all the necessary details (Name, Email, Gender, DOB, Mobile Number).
- Click “Submit” to create an account.
- Use the Login button to access the TTMS portal.
- Complete the 11 sections with personal information and details.
- Upload the required documents.
Single Transfer Procedure The online transfer portal for single transfers opened on August 9, 2022. Teachers interested in transferring due to specific reasons, such as medical treatment or dependent care, can apply with supporting documents.
