Eligibility criteria

Applicants must be:

Permanent residents of Bihar.
Enrolled in post-matric courses in Bihar’s government or recognized non-government institutions.
Passed the previous class with a minimum of 50% marks.
Belong to SC, ST, BC, or EBC categories.
Have a parent/guardian’s total annual income not exceeding Rs. 3,00,000/-
Not have received any other scholarship for the same course from any other source.
