Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be permanent residents of Tamil Nadu.
- Minimum 8th-grade education is mandatory.
- Family income should not exceed Rs.5 lakhs per annum.
- Applicant’s contribution is 10% for the general category and 5% for special categories.
- Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP) training is mandatory.
- Limited to Rs.15 lakhs for manufacturing and Rs.5 lakhs for trading/service projects.

- Submit EDP completion certificate and required documents to the bank.
- Loan disbursement by banks and filing of subsidy claim.
- Subsidy disbursement by DIC, adjusted in the loan amount after 3 years.
