The Indian government and state governments are taking initiatives to tackle unemployment in the country. In the state of Rajasthan, the government has implemented the “Rajasthan Chief Minister Yuva Sambal Yojana” scheme, which aims to provide unemployment allowance to educated and unemployed young people residing in the state. Under this scheme, monthly financial assistance of Rs 4000 for men and Rs 4500 for women and transgender individuals is provided to those who are between the ages of 21 and 30 years for the general category, and between 21 and 35 years for SC/ST category. This allowance will continue until the individual finds employment. The objective of this scheme is to support unemployed youths and ease their financial burden, allowing them to concentrate on finding a job. All unemployed educated citizens of Rajasthan, as well as married women with a Rajasthan resident, are eligible to apply for the scheme.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility Criteria for Mukhyamantri Yuva Sambal Yojana 2023

• Must be a permanent resident of Rajasthan
• Women who are married to a permanent resident of Rajasthan are also eligible
• Age limit: 21 to 30 years for general category and 21 to 35 years for SC/ST category
• Family’s annual income should not exceed 2 lakhs
• Only two persons from a family can avail the benefits
• Should have completed or be pursuing a graduate degree
• Not employed in any government or private sector and not self-employed

How To Apply

Process to Apply for Rajasthan Chief Minister Yuva Sambal Yojana

1. Visit the official website of Department of Skill, Employment, and Entrepreneurship Rajasthan.
2. Click on the “Job Seeker” tab under the menu.
3. Select the “Apply for Unemployment Allowance” link.
4. Click on the “Registration” link.
5. Choose your category: Citizen, Industry, or Government Employee.
6. Fill in the registration form with the required information and submit it.
7. Receive an SSO ID.
8. Login using the SSO ID, password, and captcha code.
9. Complete the registration form and attach required documents.
10. Submit the form.

• Visit the SSO (Single Sign-On) portal of the Government of Rajasthan: https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in/
• Click on “New Registration” and create an account using your mobile number and email address.
• If you already have an account, log in using your credentials.
• Select “Apply for Chief Minister Yuva Sambal Yojana” from the list of services.
• Fill out the application form and upload all the required documents.
• Submit the application form and pay the processing fee if applicable.

2. Offline:

• Visit the nearest Employment Exchange office in your district.
• Obtain and fill out the application form for CMYSY.
• Attach all the required documents.
• Submit the application form to the Employment Exchange office.

1. Eligibility: Ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria for the scheme.
2. Online Application: Apply online to the local employment office where you are registered. You can do this through any E-Mitra kiosk or by logging in with your own SSO ID on the departmental portal Employment Exchange Management System (EEMS).
3. Required Documents: Upload the following certificates/documents along with the application form by e-signing:a. Certificate related to disability issued by the competent authority in the case of a specially abled (disabled) applicant.b. Certificate issued by the competent authority regarding the applicant being a native of Rajasthan. In the case of a married woman applicant who has passed graduation examination outside the state, husband’s domicile certificate of Rajasthan and marriage certificate.c. Secondary examination passing certificate / mark sheet in relation to the applicant’s date of birth.d. Marksheet/Degree of passing the graduation examination.e. Copy of the pass-book of the applicant’s single savings bank account in any one of the scheduled banks with the Reserve Bank of India.f. Annexure-I (certified by Tehsildar / Notary Public) and Annexure-K certificate certified by two responsible persons in relation to the applicant’s family annual income.g. Caste certificate issued by the competent authority in case of SC/ST applicant.h. Skill training/ Vocational training certificate.i. Self-declaration letter in Hindi.
4. Notification of Employment: If you find any kind of employment/self-employment during the period of receiving the allowance, you must inform the concerned employment office through written or registered post/e-mail in the same month.
5. Single Savings Bank Account: You must open a single savings bank account in any one bank scheduled in the Reserve Bank of India. The full details of the account should be mentioned in your application form.
6. Income Certificate: You must e-sign and upload the income certificate issued by the competent authority prescribed by the government along with the application form.
7. Accurate Information: It is important to provide accurate information. If you provide any kind of wrong facts/information, an FIR will be lodged against you by the District Employment Officer in the police.
