Check Your Property value

  1. Visit the official website of IGRS AP.
  2. Look for the ‘Know Your Property Value’ option, usually found in the ‘Ease of Doing Business’ or a similar section on the homepage.
  3. Click on the ‘Know Your Property Value’ link.
  4. Enter essential details about your property, such as location, type, size, and any other required information.
  5. Submit the details by clicking on the ‘Submit’ or ‘Search’ button.

How to Search Details of AP Land Registration:

  • Stamp duty (5%): Rs 3,50,000

Check Stamp Vendor List

  • Visit the official website of the concerned authority or department.
  • Look for the “Find” section on the homepage.
  • Click on the “Stamp Vendor List” option within the “Find” section.
  • This will direct you to a page where you can access the authorized list of stamp vendors.
  • Browse through the list to find the names and details of stamp vendors who are officially authorized to provide stamps.
  • You may have options to filter or search for vendors based on location, district, or other criteria.
  • Obtain the necessary information about the authorized stamp vendors and their contact details for further assistance.

Stamp Duty Payment:

  • Choose from options like stamp paper, franking machine, or e-stamping.
  • Use cash, demand draft, debit/credit cards for stamp duty charges.

Stamp Duty Refund:

  • Apply for refund within 6 months.
  • Deduct 10% if filed within 6 months.
  • Apply through Sub-Registrar’s Office with original challan.
