Eligibility Criteria
- Female residents of Haryana aged 18 years and above.
- Annual income from all sources below Rs 3,00,000.
- Must fulfill one of the following conditions:
- Widow
- Destitute without husband, parents, or son(s)
- Destitute due to desertion or incapacity of husband or parents
