The cap on 15% subsidy for three-wheelers is Rs 10,000, and for four-wheelers, it is Rs 50,000.

Apply through online

  • Now The Official Electric vehichcle subsidy portal will open in front of you
  • At Electric Vehicle Cell (EVC) Portal, click on the “Register/Apply” tab to apply online for EV subsidy.
  • On the next page, Odisha Electric Vehicle Subsidy Registration Form will open.
  • Enter the vehicle number, and the chassis number (last 5 digits), and then click the “Send OTP” button to complete Odisha EV Subsidy online registration form.

Electric Vehicle Cell (EVC) Portal Login

  • First of all, you can go to the official website of the Odisha Motor Vehicle Department at odishatransport.gov.in
  • On reaching the homepage, click the “Apply Subsidy for Electric Vehicle” link or https://odtransportmis.nic.in/EVCell/#/dashboard/service-info to open Electric Vehicle Cell Portal will open.
  • Click on the “Login” tab present on the upper right side to open the Odisha EVC portal login page.
  • Enter user name, password and click “Sign In” button to make Electric Vehicle Cell Portal Login.

Odisha EV Subsidy Application Status at EVC Portal

  • At Electric Vehicle Cell (EVC) Portal, click on the “Application Status” tab to track the EV subsidy application status.
  • On the next page, Odisha electric vehicle subsidy application status checking page will open.
  • Enter the application number, vehicle registration no, and chassis number (last 5 digits) and click on the “Submit” button to track Odisha e vehicle subsidy application status.
  • Applicants can also click the “Find Application Number” tab to find the EV Subsidy scheme application number.
  • Enter the vehicle number, and the chassis number (last 5 digits) and click the “Send OTP” button to find the application number for the electric vehicle subsidy.
