About Jharkhand Cyber Crime Prevention Scheme
Cyber crime is on the rise across the country. In this situation, the government is taking several steps to prevent cyber crime. In view of the rising rate of cyber crime, the Jharkhand government has launched the Jharkhand Cyber Crime Prevention Project.
The project was launched by the Government of Jharkhand on 16 December 2020. Through this project, the Jharkhand government will try to protect women and children from cyber crime. The Jharkhand Cyber Crime Prevention Scheme 2021 aims to set up cyber crime recording, capacity building, awareness raising and research and development units. The Jharkhand government is considering paying special attention to modernization of the police. Under the project, all police officers were instructed to prepare a strong measure to tackle the growing cyber crime.
