Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicants must be female residents of Arunachal Pradesh.
  • Girls who have completed Class-V are eligible to apply.
  • There is no family income limit for availing the benefits of this scheme.
  • The girl students must not be married.

Under the Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Vidya Scheme, eligible girls receive the following benefits:

  1. Financial Assistance: A fixed deposit of ₹10,000 is created in the name of each eligible girl student upon successfully completing Class-V and enrolling in Class-VI.
