Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a permanent resident of Kerala.
- Must belong below the poverty line.
- Caregivers of patients unable to care for themselves or are completely bedridden are eligible.

- Bedridden patients requiring full-time care
- Mentally challenged individuals (autism, cerebral palsy, mental illness)
- 100% blind patients, bedridden cancer patients, elderly individuals who are bedridden
